Church of the
Holy Apostles
Worship at Holy Apostles
Holy Apostles is a place where one can worship with all the senses that God has given us...taste, touch, sight, sound, and smell. As has been mentioned in the History section, we are an Anglo-Catholic parish. This term means “English Catholic” rather than “Roman Catholic.” Many of the practices are shared with the Roman Catholic Church. The Mass is celebrated on Sundays and most days of the week. There are statues and icons and Stations of the Cross, holy water fonts, incense, and chanting. What we do in worship at Holy Apostles represents the whole catholic church throughout the ages. None of the ceremonies are new, but have been a part of the church from its earliest days. As a member of the parish, one of my interests if photography and video. I love recording the events and life of the parish on digital media, and will be posting those events in the gallery and video sections. There is a lot of very beautiful artwork in the church, and I hope to show that in the gallery.
Above all, Holy Apostles is a very "welcoming" parish family.
Come visit us to see and experience everything in person.
