Our priest, Fr. Warren Shoberg, recently celebrated the 25th Anniversary of his ordination, and has retired after 24 years of ministry at Holy Apostles. Photos from this celebration can be seen on the photo page. Holy Apostles currently without permanent priest, and we have entered into a new phase of mutual ministry. A ministry committee has been formed to help give input to the future direction of the parish. Please pray for our parish family by joining in the following prayer:

 

A PRAYER FOR THE CHURCH OF THE HOLY APOSTLES

Everliving God, you have called your people in the Church of the Holy Apostles
to a glorious inheritance and a goodly fellowship of faith: hear our prayers for this
parish family especially during this time of new beginnings. Strengthen the faithful,
arouse the careless, and restore the penitent. Give us the grace to see our strengths and to acknowledge our weaknesses. Grant us all things necessary for our common life and bring us to be of one heart and mind, so that in our varied vocations and ministries we may truly and devoutly serve you.  Secure, Father, in the abundance of your love; assured of the guidance of the Holy Spirit; in communion with blessed Mary our mother, blessed Peter and Paul our patrons, and desiring their prayers, we ask this in the name of Jesus Christ your Son, our Lord. Amen
